Axel Feels!
You don’t have to land an Axel to know what it should feel like…
The first goal when getting close to landing an Axel is a one foot landing, where ever you are in rotation you can find where backwards is… This little progression of steps is a nice build up to taking your waltz jump / 3 jump to a 1.5 rotation air position.
I call it the “Hip Twist hop out”, it’s better than a loop jump as it keeps you in a tighter position.
