Jump Specific Warmup

A proper warm-up will increase blood flow, raise muscle and core temperature, and improve flexibility, which will help you perform at your best during the training session. Jump height and rotation work will help you jump higher and rotate fyrther in your air time. From more strength, good technique, timing and muscle useage. Rotation drill help you make a tighter position earlier and hold it longer maximising your rotation in the air time you have.
